  • To practice spiritual disciplines (spiritual saadhana) for God Realization following the teachings of Sri Ramakrishna Paramhamsa
    
  • To make life a joyous celebration of the worship the Divine Mother (Devi)
    
  • To purify ourselves by:
    
    • Daily chanting of mantras, divine names and worship of Sri Thakur and the Divine Mother
      
    • Reading life stories of saints and mahatmas, particularly Sri Ramakrishna, Sri Sarada Devi, Swami Vivekananda and their disciples
      
    • ​Reading of scriptures like the Gita, the Srimad Bhagavatam
